A 16 year old girl has been hospitalized after eating a raw sheep heart as part of a Norwegian high school ceremony. Her condition is critical.
Norway is pretty famous for their high school graduation rituals, where the kids buy busses and trash around for a full month wearing identical jump suits, experimenting with sex, drugs and immense amounts of alcohol, culminating in a massive parade on the national day of Norway. This is the time where everybody gets a free pass to do whatever they want. It’s called “Russ“, and can sometimes be a slightly dangerous beginning of adult life.
That’s when you graduate from high school. Now, at least in the city of Drammen, a beautiful spot that has a reputation for being particularly white trash, they have expanded the rituals by torturing the newcomers.
So, in the market place of the city centre, with the curious citizens present, 16 year old girls gets beaten, forced to eat like dogs, have to smear ill smelling food over their bodies and are forced to eat raw animal hearts.
The audience that had gathered to watch the spectacle reported that they were disgusted by the rituals that had a bunch of teenage girls crying and vomiting. (Though they kept watching and document the event on their mobile phones, so that they could share the story with their friends on FaceBook).
If the girls pass the ritual, they will get exclusive access to cool parties. If they don’t pass it, they will become losers. So it’s very, very important for them to be able to survive the test!
We at 2famous.TV think that this is kind of weird, as we are reading about all those people that are being tortured around the world, and it seems to be really, really horrible. We would definitely not volunteer to be tortured like this. No matter how cool that party is!
